The authentic self · the multifaceted identity · the brand that tells the truth

Coaching

This is the one-on-one version of everything else on this site. You bring the tangle. We find the practice underneath it and build something honest on top.

How coaching works

Coaching is one-on-one or for a team, in person in South Florida or remote. A session is a 75-minute guided block: grounding, tea, dialogue, integration. It is not therapy and it is not a class; it is the practice under the practices, applied to who you are and how you show up.

Pricing is by inquiry. If you would rather start in a room with others, The Multifaceted Self is the workshop version of this work.

How it works

A session is a 75-minute guided experience. We ground first. Then tea, because it slows both of us down and because the person across the tray tells the truth. Then the dialogue — where you are, what you're actually good at, what you keep apologizing for. Then integration: one rep to do before we talk again.

Not therapy. Not a class. A conversation with someone who has four jobs and one practice, and who will not let you call yourself scattered.

What we work on

  • Developing the authentic self — what's true when nobody's watching
  • The multifaceted identity — holding more than one craft without shrinking any of them
  • Your personal brand — the sentence, the story, and what you say when someone asks what you do
  • Discipline over magic — the boring reps that move everything
  • Presence — in a room, on a stage, with your own family

For teams

The one-on-one work scales to a room. I’ve trained and coached people at several corporate events, including a wellness event hosted by a Range Rover dealership — either tea and mindfulness only, or the whole nine yards with a microphone: sharing, coaching, training. Same practice, bigger circle. Inquiry first; tell me the team and what’s in the way.

I believe in tending to and expressing the whole of the self, and self expansion in the way of mastery can happen in this way, where one becomes multi passionate and a jack of many trades but really a master of a few as well.

Questions people ask

Who is this for?

People who are more than one thing and are tired of the hyphen. Creatives with a day job. Tradespeople with a stage in them. Anyone building a brand who'd rather it be true.

How long and how often?

75 minutes a session. Cadence is yours — some people want weekly for a stretch, some want a monthly check.

In person or remote?

In person in South Florida with tea. Remote works too; bring your own kettle.

What does it cost?

Ask. I'll give you a number for a single session and a number for a run of them, and I'll be honest about which one you need.
