What it costs and how it works
Workshops start at $250 and run 60 to 90 minutes for a standard group; larger rooms or a specific style get scoped on request. I have taught Fundamentals of Flow at Flow Social in Delray Beach, ZenFlow Retreat and FlowFest, run fire flow safety courses, and led workshop blocks and panels at Hullaween Music Festival and corporate wellness events.

How I teach
I'm self-taught on everything I teach, which means I remember exactly what confused me at every stage and I teach from that map. Break the move into its smallest honest piece. Drill it until it's boring. Then add fuel.
Beginners leave with a clear path. Experienced people leave with holes filled they didn't know they had. Fundamentals are the boring reps nobody wants to drill, so we make them fun.

Do you teach beginners?
Beginners are the point. Most of my favorite students had never held a prop before the first exercise.
