Speaking

I've opened a day as the keynote, taught the workshop block, and sat on the panel that afternoon. Same man, three rooms. I'm good in all three because I'm not performing at people. I'm with them.

What I do on a stage

I speak, teach and train: a 20 to 45 minute keynote, a workshop block, a panel seat, or all three in one day. I have done that for hundreds at Hullaween Music Festival, at a wellness event hosted by a Range Rover dealership, and at corporate events that wanted anything from tea and mindfulness to the whole nine yards on a microphone.

Fees are by inquiry because the room decides the format. Tell me the audience and the date on the book page and I will answer like a person. The workshops I teach and the coaching I do are the same material, slower.

What I talk about

Mastery of mastery: why the second craft is easier and what that means for the rest of your life. Discipline over magic: the reps nobody posts about. The multifaceted life: how to stop apologizing for being more than one thing and build something honest out of it. And the part that can't be undone: what the trades taught me about slowing down before the expensive part.

I come from a job site, not a green room. That's the point. The audience can tell.

The biggest room I’ve held so far was Hullaween Music Festival — hundreds of participants across multiple workshops and discussions, with ceremonial tea segments threaded between them. A festival crowd and a circle of eight want the same thing from the person at the front: somebody who is actually there.

Formats

For companies

I’ve done workshops and pop-ups at several corporate events, including a wellness event hosted by a Range Rover dealership. Two formats. The quiet one: tea and mindfulness only — a tray, a circle, twenty minutes where nobody checks a phone. The whole nine yards: a microphone, sharing, coaching and training your people on the stuff I actually use — presence, discipline, the second craft.

No corporate rate card on this page on purpose. Tell me the room, the headcount and what you want people to walk out with, and I’ll scope it.

Questions people ask

What's your fee?

It depends on the room, the format and the travel. Tell me those three and I'll come back with a number, not a range.

Can you do a talk and a performance at the same event?

Yes. The talk by day, a fire set at night. It's a memorable combination and it means one load-in.

Do you have a demo reel?

Not a polished one yet. There's a clip at the top of this page of a tea talk, and the fire footage is on Instagram. Ask and I'll send more.

Will you speak to a corporate audience?

Gladly. The trades background translates. The tea in the middle of the day is usually what people remember.
